Katy wins a tough physical battle against Morton Ranch on the road in a packed gym! A great team defensive effort and unselfish play on the offensive end helped the Tigers jump out to an early lead and they never looked back. Rachel Williams led Katy with 17 points, 16 rebounds, and 2 blocks. Allana Thompson played a big game with 14 points,7 rebounds, and 4 assists. Savannah May led the Tiger defense and added 10 points and 8 rebounds. Katy finishes the first round of district sitting in 1st place at 6-0. Next game will be at Taylor on Friday, January 18th.
